As a valued patient, we would like to offer you and your family affordable dental coverage. This is NOT an insurance plan, but rather in–house premier dental plan that allows you to save on all dental procedures with no limits or deductibles.
The easiest, least expensive and most comfortable dental treatment is regular dental care. When you visit us every 6 months, and we work together as a team, you will have a healthy foundation that will last a lifetime. We get the satisfaction of knowing that we achieved our main goal, which is to help you have a great smile, great oral health and better overall health.

How it works
Montee Tailoreed Smiles Dental Savings plan is NOT dental insurance, nor is it related to any insurance plans.
You pay the annual fee for the plan. Once paid, you have 365 days from the date of enrollment to utilize it and receive your preventative care, as well as 15% discount on other services. After 12 months, if you choose, you can re-enroll in the plan for another year.
Terms & Limitations this program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance. There will be a $50 reinstatement fee if you allow your plan to lapse. No refund will be issued at any time if you decide not to utilize this plan. The plan cannot be combined with a dental insurance plan. Payments are due on the date of service, in accordance with our office financial policy. The plan cannot be used in conjunction with any third–party financing such as CareCredit. The plan cannot be used for referrals to specialist. The plan can only be used at Montee Tailored Smiles, and cannot be used at another dental office.
