During the early part of their career, the Drs. Montee practiced in a fast paced, “get ‘em in, get ‘em out” type of dental clinic and were disappointed that customer service and genuine care of the patient was no longer the focus of the business. They wanted to get away from the “corporate” model of dentistry that is fast becoming the norm in our Nation to focus on building relationships with their patients and their families.
Inspired by the Book, The New Gold Standard, and the Ritz Carlton’s dedication to the highest levels of customer service, Drs. Montee asked, “If the Ritz can do it for hotels, why can’t we strive to offer the same level of service for dentistry?”
It is our mission that our patients feel well cared for from start to finish, having their needs anticipated and encountering something unexpectedly wonderful along the way!
